Delivery

The products are sent via mail usually within two working days after receipt of order. In the case of delivery not being possible within one week you will be informed accordingly.
A delay in delivery will not be a reason for compensation.

Minimum order amount

CHF 100.00

Pricing

All prices are given in Swiss Francs, including VAT.

Delivery costs

Delivery inside of Switzerland
All sending expenses and COD charges in Switzerland are taken over by Sponser. This excludes the Express delivery costs which are added to the invoice.

Sending costs of CHF 9.00 will be charged to the customers who profit of special conditions. These costs will be displayed on  the order summary.

Delivery outside of Switzerland
You would previously get informed should any delivery expenses occur. Cash on delivery sendings are not possible.

Complaints

The products can not be exchanged unless damaged.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery (Switzerland only), Postcard (Switzerland only), Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa credit card. The payment transaction will be made by "Saferpay", a simple and safe e-payment solution.
