Application
3-4 mg caffeine per kg of body weight, approx. 30-60 min prior to activity.
During long-term endurance activities beyond approx. 3h duration, take 1-2 capsules (50-100 mg Koffein) per hour.
Note: Swiss Federal Office of Public Health recommends max. 200 mg/day.
Preparation
Swallow capsules directly, or open and add into some liquid prior to ingestion.
