What should I do if I have received a defective package?

Be sure to retain the defective package completely. Then send us an e-mail to info@sponser.ch, preferably directly with photos of the damaged parcel. Our customer service will get in touch with you.

What are the shipping costs?

For discount customers/ retailers

Express Mail 12 CHF

normal Mail 7 CHF - postage free for orders over 300 CHF

For General/ Not Logged in

only A-post 7.90 (postage free from 100 CHF)

Where do I have to enter the voucher code?

Please enter in the shopping cart and redeem.

I have not received my order despite the expiry of the delivery period.

Please write an e-mail with your name and the order number to info@sponser.ch. The customer service will take care of it as soon as possible.

My registration in the online shop does not work, what can I do?

Did you enter the correct e-mail address and password? If you have forgotten your password, simply request a new one. Or write an e-mail to our customer service info@sponser.ch.

I cannot find a product in the shop, what can I do?

Use the search field with the magnifying glass to enter the name of the product.

My address has changed. Where can I adjust my data?

Log in to your customer account, there you can easily update everything.

Can I pick up the goods from you directly in Wollerau SZ?

Yes, when placing your order you can write in the comments field that you would like to pick up the goods.

How do I get information about my order?

You will find all information about your orders directly in your customer account under the point "Orders". There you can view current and completed orders.

Are subsequent deliveries possible?

No. However, you can see when a product will be available again.

How do I pay for my order?

Purchase on account: First you receive the goods, then you pay. This is convenient and risk-free. However, an automated risk assessment is carried out in the background and there are cases where purchase on account is not possible.

Credit card: We accept Visa, Postcard and Mastercard. The shop does not store your credit card data.

Cash on delivery: If you order by cash on delivery, the goods will be paid to the postal service upon receipt.
