CBD-MIMETICUM consists mainly of palmitoyl ethanolamide (PEA), a cannabinoid (CBD)-like substance. PEA (Levagen®) is used as a CBD alternative and has the advantage that, unlike hemp, it does not contain THC.

PEA occurs naturally in foods such as soya, peanuts and egg yolk. Most cells in the body can also produce so-called endo-cannabinoids themselves if necessary, especially in cases of cell damage. However, in the case of chronic pain, inflammation, etc., such an increased demand may not be sufficiently covered by the body's own synthesis and may benefit from supplemental intake

How it works

Very tiny molecules and receptors control our human organism. These include those that control the sensation of pain or inflammatory processes. PEA can occupy these receptors in a similar way to the cannabinoids from CBD hemp and thus make a significant contribution to regeneration after exercise. CBD-MIMETICUM is additionally enriched with pomegranate extract (contains ellagic acid) and Boswellia serrata extract (AquaLox®).
