
Low Carb Protein Porridge
Application
Low-carbohydrate and high-protein meal for everyday use or during weight control or low-carb diets. The mild, genuine taste can be refined as desired.
Preparation
Dilute 4-5 scoops in 150 ml water or milk. Heat up to boiling point briefly and allow to thicken for 2-3 minutes.
Refine with cinnamon, apple pieces, sultanas, nuts, etc. as desired.
Tip: with a scoop of Whey Protein Isolate 94 or Vegan Protein, the protein content can be further increased as desired.
